1. Registration forms are available in the seasonal program brochure as well as online. Complete all forms as accurately as possible. Missing or incomplete information will delay your registration.
   
   
2. When registering, include a first (1st) and alternative (2nd) program choice. If neither choice is available, you will be placed on a waiting list for your first choice. If the fee for your 2nd choice is different than the fee for your first choice, pay the higher fee of the two.
   
   
3. The same registration form may be used for multiple programs or family members.
   
   
4. Registration for all youth athletic programs require the submission of separate youth athletic program information forms for each sport and are available in the seasonal program guide.
   
   
5. Enclose a check (payable to the Wheaton Park District), money order or Visa/Mastercard information for the full payment of all programs in an envelope labeled "Registration" along with all of your registration forms and waivers.
   
   
6. Bring the registration forms and your payment to one of the following locations:
   

   Wheaton Park District Community Center 1777 S. Blanchard Road Monday-Friday, 5:00am to 10:00pm Saturday, 7:00am to 7:00pm Sunday, 8:00am to 6:00pm

   Wheaton Park District Administration Office 102 E. Wesley St. Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm No weekend hours at this location

   After hours drop boxes are located outside both facilities. Registrations are picked up every weekday morning.
   
   
7. If you have not received a postcard confirmation by the start of the first class, please call for confirmation status. Postcards may also contain other important information, please read carefully!

Phone registrations are not accepted.
