Emphasizes school readiness through play and skill development. These goals include social, language, emotional, creative and gross/fine motor experiences – all aimed at enriching the total child.

A typical day includes circle time, free play, language arts, music and movement, arts and crafts, science and snack time.

Extended Day Childcare Program

The Wheaton Park District is offering a variety of options to expand your child’s preschool day with a childcare option. Childcare for ages three to five is offered before or after morning and afternoon preschool sessions on a month by month basis to offer you opportunities that best fit your busy schedule. Sign up for the entire Fall Session and receive the month of December free. Kidz Kingdom offers quality childcare along with unstructured play time, crafts, games, gym time, outdoor activities (weather permitting) and more. Please bring a nut free lunch and beverage each day.
