Spin Classes
This 55 minute cycling class will have you working harder than you EVER thought possible in a group exercise class! You will be inspired by the music and instructor, who will lead you through a series of aerobic endurance intervals: flats, hills, strength and speed plays. Active Adults Walking Club
Join us on the indoor track at Wheaton Warrenville South High School…you’re sure to have a blast! Keep track of your miles and receive incentives for the distance achieved. This is paced at your own ability. To participate in this class, you must sign the waiver on the registration form.

Treading
Take your cardiovascular workout to a whole new level as we incorporate speed and intervals utilizing treadmills. This class is led by a certified personal trainer and is held at Wheaton Warrenville South High School satellite fitness center. To participate in this class, you must sign the waiver on the registration form.
