The Flex Pass
The best deal around! Take a class any day, any time, as your schedule allows (spin classes not included). Sessions range from six to nine weeks depending on the season. The Annual Flex Pass is a convienent way to pay. It allows you to take unlimited classes for one full year from the date of purchase. In addition, youll save 15% off the cost of individual sessions (after April 21). To participate in this program, you must sign the waiver on the registration form.

* The Annual Group Fitness Flex Pass must be purchased at the Parks Plus Fitness Center service desk.
Due to the nature of the Flex Pass program, refunds for the Annual Flex Pass will only be issued for the following reasons:
1. Upon written advice of physician.
2. Moving out of the Dupage County area.
Refunds will not be issued for lack of flex pass use.

Pay-As-You-Go
You may pay at the door for any group exercise class. Please purchase your pass at the Community Center front desk, then check in with the instructor for that class. Class sizes are limited. Rates are $10/res.; $15/nonres. Residents must show the resident park district ID card to receive the lower rate. Please note, Spin class bikes are available on a first come, first served basis.
Senior Balance, Strength and Stretch
Senior Balance, Strength & Stretch is part of the Flex Pass Program, however, participants may also sign up for this program separately. All classes meet at the Community Center. For ages 50 & over, Limit 20

Spin Classes
This 55 minute cycling class will have you working harder than you EVER thought possible in a group exercise class! You will be inspired by the music and instructor, who will lead you through a series of aerobic endurance intervals: flats, hills, strength and speed plays. Visualization through music and instruction will push your body to new limits. Just think what it will do for your lower body tone! Class size is limited, sign up today!

Purchase your Spin Class Pass at the Community Center front desk. Passes are valid at any class, any time, June 9 through August 29. Refunds are not issued for lack of use. Body Blast Boot Camp
(Not part of the Flex pass)
Do something fun in the great outdoors this summer! This intense class meets at Seven Gables Park and is for men and women of all ages and fitness levels. Your certified instructor guides you through drills to improve muscle tone, cardiovascular strength and flexibility and helps you reduce body fat! Pre- and post-tests are done to measure your progress. Most equipment is provided; youll only need to bring a mat and hand weights to class. To participate in this class, you must sign the waiver on the registration form.
