Yearly Membership Types, Fees and Payment Plans Plan Options You may pay in full or use our monthly payment plan for the entire year. The monthly payment plan requires two months’ payment when signing up. An electronic transfer is made from your checking account during the first week of each month. Membership Types: • High School Only Fitness Center Membership...Pricing • Yearly Membership Fees-No initiation fees!...Pricing • Corporate Memberships...Pricing Employees of businesses who pay taxes to the Wheaton Park District are eligible for resident rates by verifying proof of employment with company I.D. or recent paycheck stub and photo I.D. In addition, businesses who sign up five or more employees receive an additional discount off the corporate membership rate. • Lunchtime/Evening Membership...Pricing Yearly memberships are discounted for use during off-hours, daily (Mon.-Fri.) 11:30 am to 2:30 pm and 8:30 pm to 10 pm.
