* A family is defined as parents and any unmarried children 11 to 21 living at home. Children 22 and over and living at home, and other relatives and individuals in the same household, are not included on the family pass.

** Birth certificates are required for those 11 to 21 years old when applying for membership. Members 11 to 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult member 18 or older when using fitness equipment.
