What if my participant numbers change? Notify us as soon as you know of any changes at 630-871-2810. We prefer to know 24 hours before your course at the very least.
What happens if there is bad weather on the course? We will still run our programs in rain. If rain is predicted, please dress appropriately bringing rain jackets and hats. In the case of storms, the group must wait 30 minutes from the time the last thunder has been heard or lightning has been seen before any activity can begin again.
What if a participant does not have a signed waiver? Participants without a signed waiver will not be allowed to participate in any activities.
What role should group leaders/teachers/chaperones play? Because of the nature of experiential learning, we ask that teachers do not give advice or answers to the students during the activities. We want to provide an atmosphere for students to learn through discovery. Our hope is that teachers are willing to be led by their students during the activities, and also to help out with conduct and discipline when necessary. Info for Group Leaders »
