Partnership Opportunities

The Cosley Foundation is always seeking partners for its various programs and events. Whatever your level of interest, Cosley Zoo has a spot for you. All event partners receive recognition at the event, on the Cosley Zoo website, and in the Cosley Tails newsletter.

The following is a list of programs and events available:

Poison Dart Frog Exhibit - Year-round
Located in the Wild Side Gift Shop

Cosley Tail Newsletter - 3x/year
Full color. Distributed to over 3,000 zoo supporters three times per calendar year.

Pumpkins and Scarecrows Fest - October
A month long celebration, this event offers hundreds of pumpkins and other seasonal merchandise to choose from, as well as a cornstalk maze, straw mountain and scarecrow adoptions.

Festival of Lights - December
A December tradition for more than 10,000 visitors, the zoo is decorated with thousands of lights beginning the day after Thanksgiving. Holiday Trees, Wreaths and Gifts are available every day. Santas Craft Corner, tree decorating, animal adoption, and holiday wish trees are also available.

Great Egg Scramble - April

Critter Cart - Year-round
A year-round activity, the Critter Cart moves to stations throughout the zoo to inform and educate visitors about some of the zoo's residents through hands-on activities.

Party for the Planet - April
A nationwide event held in conjunction with “Earth Day”, “Party for the Planet” shares with visitors, the various ways to make their yards “wildlife friendly."

Cosley Run for the Animals - June
Largest 5K/10K run in the suburbs, this popular race attracts 2600 runners

Zippity Zoo Run - June
1/2 mile run for kids

"Wild at the Zoo" - June
This family event draws over 1,200 visitors that come out to enjoy more than 20 animal exhibits and demonstrations.

NEW!!! Amphitheater - Year-round
Hosts a variety of fun and educational programs on a daily basis from April-October. (100,000 visitors per year!)

Cosley Classic Golf Outing - August
Attracting 250 golfers, this annual outing is held at Arrowhead Golf Club and offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, raffle and awards.
