Avoid Accidents!
Most pool accidents occur on the deck and in shallow water through simple carelessness, horseplay and running. Please obey all pool rules. They ensure everyone's protection and enjoyment.

Concessions - "Oskar's Oasis" and "The North Pole"
Concession stands at both Northside Family Aquatic Center and Rice Pool & Water Park are open daily. Hot dogs, pizza, soda, popcorn, ice cream, nachos and slurpees are featured at reasonable rates. Concession stand may close if weather or attendance warrants. Food may not be brought into either aquatic facility.

Splash-tastic Birthday Parties!
Give your child a splash-tastic birthday he or she will never forget at Rice Pool & Water Park. For more information, see p. 47 of the Wheaton Park District Camps and Aquatics Program Guide (due to be released Jan. 10, 2007).

Scout Badge Opportunities
The Wheaton Park District offers aquatic and lifesaving programs to help Scouts earn merit badges. The programs meet certain badge requirements set forth by the Girl Scout Council and Boy Scouts of America.
