Golf Outing Regulations & Planning Timeline
Rules and Regulations
It is the responsibility of the event organizers to make sure that all participants are aware of and adhere to the following rules and regulations. Arrowhead Golf Club reserves the right to refuse playing privileges to any guest not in compliance.
• Arrowhead Golf Club is a nonmetal spike facility. Metal spikes and rubber cleats not specifically intended for golf are not allowed on the golf course.
• Dress Code: Men may not wear cut-off shorts and must wear shirts with sleeves. Women may not wear cut-off shorts, bathing suits or halter tops.
• No alcoholic beverages or coolers may be brought onto the
premises.
• Spectators are not allowed on the course.
• All players must have a bag and clubs. Rental clubs are available if needed.
Timeline
90 Days Prior
• Golf contract and $500 deposit due
• Banquet contract and $10/person deposit due
60 Days Prior
• Special order merchandise ordered
30 Days Prior
• Final menu due
10 Days Prior
• Final count and payment for golf and banquet due
3 Days Prior
• Final pairings due
