Location: Arrowhead Golf Club, 26W151 Butterfield Rd., Wheaton, Il 60187

Job Summary: Promote Wheaton Park District and Arrowhead Golf club by managing Arrowhead American Grill and beverage operations, upholding the vision and standards of Arrowhead and the Wheaton Park District, striving to exceed the expectations of all guests. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of high school graduate with at least two years experience in food and beverage management
• Certified in food service. Basset Certified
• Valid Illinois driver's license and acceptable driving record

Essential Duties:

• Assist all staff as needed; seek, interpret and implement input from public through table visits
• Responsible for hiring, supervising, evaluating, and scheduling staff
• Maintain positive public relations
• Assist in advertising through special events, and promotions
• Provide ongoing food and wine in-service presentations
• Train staff; uphold standards of service and etiquette
• Monitor and train staff on proper cash handling
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health department; etc

Salary:
$35,000 - $40,000 annual

Hours:
Full-time with benefits, available 7 days a week, AM and PM shifts
