Location: Arrowhead Golf Club, 26W151 Butterfield Rd., Wheaton, Il 60187

Job Summary: Under general supervision, performs work of moderate difficulty to clean dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment and/or utensils.

Qualifications:
• Ability to exercise good judgment. Must appear for scheduled shifts in a timely manner.
• Must be able to communicate in English and understand information using verbal, written, and listening skills.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Essential Duties:
• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Polish all silverware, platters and chafing dishes as necessary.
• Clean garbage cans with water or steam.
• Cleans and maintains dishwashing machine daily.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas. Examine garbage for mistakenly dropped silverware, dishes, glassware, etc
• Sweep and scrub floors.
• Assist in prep projects, as needed.
• Meet dress and grooming standards maintaining professional appearance. Uniform provided daily.

Salary:
$9.00-$10.00 per hour

Hours:
Weekdays, evenings and weekends
