Job Summary:
Perform detailed works in set up and take down of scheduled banquets and events and performs general custodial work to maintain guest areas with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

• Service oriented personality.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to communicate clearly through spoken and written word.
• Minimum of 2 years of houseman experience.
• Minimum high school diploma.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Essential Duties:

• Arrive at scheduled time with a positive attitude.
• Adhere to dress and grooming standards for a professional appearance.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and courteous service to guests and servers.
• Clean the associated areas of the building before, during and after events to ensure that every guest experiences a clean environment for their event.
• Maintain restrooms in areas used by guests and staff.Safely set dining and serving tables as instructed by the banquet and event staff.
• Assist with the service of food and beverages as needed.
• Take down tables, chairs, and buffet areas after an event is completed.

Hours:
Varies, 12-20 hrs per week. Days, evenings and weekends

Salary:
$8.50 per hour
